We will make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the content about the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy of it to the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
We will inform that person that we will restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it within ten to fourteen business days following our receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated copyright agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the content.
If we do not receive such notice within the specified timeframe, we may restore the content or cease disabling access to it.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
